The Bash Target Supply 973 Top Post Static Angle Mount Plate Hangar is built for absolute durability and a loud report. Hang any, including the Bash Target Full size 18”x30” (1/2” thick silhouettes), steel target shooting plates (1/2” hole size) on this rock solid 2x4 top post hangar. Grade 8 mounting hardware kit including industrial compression spring to increase the audible report and extend the life of your steel plate. The hangar is designed such that the AR500 target plate directs all bullet fragmentation safely and away from the hangar. Fits perfectly over any 2x4 wood or the Bash Target Supply solid steel target stand posts (019,995). Three stainless thumb screws enable fast, tool free secure mounting. Angled static mount both increases the wear and the safety of your AR500 steel plate investment by directing bullet fragmentation and spalling safely down and behind the target. The 973-gong hangar is made of structural steel, zinc plated and powder coated in our vibrant safety blue color for corrosion protection. • Includes (1) Top Post steel plate "gong mount" hook with (1) 1/2” thick integrated hostage paddle for use with any plate with a 1/2" plate hole. This product is only the hostage bracket and AR500 paddle. Silhouette plate not included.

Welding directly to the AR500/AR550 plate completely weakens the surface hardness to a point where even small caliber rounds destroy the plate and your investment. The Bash Target Supply Hostage and Paddle will last 1000s of rounds from even larger caliber rifles whereas other solutions last for a day.
• The AR500 1/2" thick, 6" diameter paddle features an incredibly durable auto reset design that is fully rifle rated providing smooth and reliable paddle rotation. The paddle is 1/2" thick, AR500 rifle rated steel. When used with any size Bash Target Supply AR500 Steel Silhouettes, the paddle is perfectly visible for precision hostage training.
• This is the most durable hook on the market while delivering the absolute loudest audible report from the plate. Constructed from solid pieces of precision laser cut 3/8" AR500 steel, this rifle rated top post hook will not break. The hook is angled perfectly for safe bullet fragmentation deflection.
• The hook slides perfectly snug onto any standard wood 2x4 or the Bash Target Supply solid steel post (not included). Zero tools, zero hardware, just hang your plate, paddle and shoot.
