Silverstone Technology ALTA F2 Premium Super Tower Chassis, SST-ALF2B-G

Over the last 20 years, SilverStone has developed numerous chassis that have proven to stand the test of time and are loved by PC enthusiasts around the world. To keep up with advances in modern top of the line PC component’s power and size, SilverStone engineering team designed a super tower called ALTA F2 to meet the demands. It is part of a new generation flagship ALTA series line that draws plenty of characteristics from the SilverStone super towers of the past. Upon first glance, ALTA F2 immediately stands out with its size, measuring 261mm (W) x 576mm (H) x 658mm (D) with darkened tempered glass panels on front and left side. The signature SilverStone 90 degree rotated layout for stack effect cooling and the famed Air Penetrator air channeling fans are directly in view showing its bottom-to-top directional airflow as seen in earlier RAVEN, Fortress, and ALTA F1 chassis. With generous space afforded by ALTA F2’s 658mm depth, liquid cooling radiator of up to 540mm is supported with room for GPU and CPU to sit adjacent to each other so they both receive air intake without their exhausted air overlapping one another. The chassis also incorporates a secondary PSU mounting position, and 3 different GPU mounting positions. The secondary PSU position sits adjacent to the motherboard; supporting up to SFX or SFX-L PSU, and the 3 different GPU mounting positions are the standard PCIe slot mounting on the motherboard, the secondary PSU slot, and ALTA F2’s exclusive 11.3 degree forward tilted quad expansion slots at the rear of the chassis. This ensures owners have nearly limitless choices for GPUs due to wide range of compatible install methods.
